TASTING NOTES

NOSE

This single malt was distilled on the 10th of September 2014 and placed immediately into Oloroso Cask No. 11, where it matured for its entire life. Over the course of 11 years, it soaked up layer upon layer of rich dried fruit, warming spice and deep sherry character. When the cask reached its peak, we opened it for our Warehouse 4 Tastings and now hand-bottled straight from the source.
