INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Orange Wine Cask Finish
  • 25ml Cherry Liqueur
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 25ml Orange Juice
  • 1 Orange Peel

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • STEP 2 Pour the Orange Wine Cask Finish whisky, cherry liqueur, ,vermouth and orange juice over the ice.
  • STEP 3 Pop the lid on the shaker and shake well.
  • STEP 4 Garnish with an orange peel.
