"Subject: Order DES6809 – Damaged Shipment / Request for Replacement Dear Deanston Customer Service, Unfortunately, my order DES6809 has still not been delivered. DHL has informed me that the shipment with the tracking number 6580403524 was damaged while in their custody. They also advised me that they have already notified you, as the supplier, of this incident. The DHL case reference provided to me is CS64205301. I was informed that you would contact me to offer either a replacement shipment or a refund. I would very much appreciate receiving a replacement shipment as soon as possible, as this is my preferred solution. Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your reply. "It was delivered pretty quickly in very substantial packaging. On opening was greeted with a really great aroma, as it said in the description coated my mouth with an excellent flavour that lingeres for a ehile before letting the other flavours through."
