WHISKY CHARACTERISTICS

ABOUT

Distilled on the final day of 1992 (yes, we really were working on Hogmanay), this whisky spend over two decades quietly doing its thing in ex-Bourbon barrels before taking an extended holiday in a single Manzanilla sherry cask. Picked for our Warehouse 4 experience, it's one of those drams that reminds us why patience is worth it - waxy, coastal, layered and utterly unique.

CASK INFORMATION

PROFILE

CASK TYPE

Matured for 23 years in our signature house style of ex-bourbon, followed by a long 7 year finish in a Manzanilla cask.

NATURAL COLOUR

With no added colour, the liquid maintains its bright bronze hue, showcasing the maturation process and the impact of the cask.

NON-CHILL FILTERED

We don’t mess with perfection — our whiskies are non-chill filtered, keeping all that waxy, full-bodied goodness intact. Why fix what isn’t broken?

TASTE

A salty-sweet swirl of pastries, toasted nuts and coastal air that rolls into salted caramel and praline before drifting off like a sea breeze over warm oak.
