INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml of 12 Year Old
  • 25ml of Coffee Liqueur
  • 50ml of Cold Espresso
  • 25ml of Gomme
  • Coffee Beans

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour 40ml of 12 Year Old into a cocktail shaker.
  • STEP 2 Add the coffee liqueur, cold espresso and Gomme syrup.
  • STEP 3 Add ice to the mix and shake well.
  • STEP 4 Strain the cocktail mix into a chilled martini glass.
  • STEP 5 Garnish with 3 coffee beans and enjoy.
