TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Dried fruit and raisins lead, but fade to reveal freshly baked pastries and almonds reminiscent of Bakewell tarts. A hint of pine comes through at the back.
PALATE
Spicy on the palate with cloves, candied orange peel and fig jam giving a rich mouthcoating. Fruity notes linger, layered with honey roasted nuts and dark chocolate.
FINISH
Dry, yet sweet finish with tart red fruits and leather.
