INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml of Virgin Oak
  • 25ml of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 150ml of Hot Water
  • Cinnamon Stick, Cloves and a Lemon Slice

METHOD

  • STEP 1 In a mug, combine the whisky, honey and fresh lemon juice.
  • STEP 2 Add hot water and stir until the honey dissolves.
  • STEP 3 Garnish with a cinnamon stick, cloves and a lemon slice.
