Sherry Cask Finish is a small-batch whisky matured in ex-Bourbon casks before a finish in Oloroso sherry oak. The result is a beautifully balanced Highland single malt Scotch with layers of dried figs, toasted almonds, sultanas and warming spice.

Sherry Cask Finish is a small-batch Highland single malt Scotch whisky woven with character, craft and just the right amount of curiosity. Two distinct flavour stories come together in one dram – a nod to our roots as a working cotton mill and our knack for blending heritage with a modern edge.

This sherry cask matured whisky starts life in classic Deanston fashion, maturing in ex-Bourbon casks before a finish in bold Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. The result is a richly textured sherry cask single malt whisky, where notes of dried figs, toasted almonds, sultanas and warming spice are woven through the fresh citrus brightness and signature waxy character that define Deanston.

CASK TYPE

Matured in traditional ex-bourbon casks before being finished in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks from Spain, bringing layers of dried fruit, toasted nuts and warming spice.

NATURAL COLOUR

With no added colour, the whisky retains its natural rich amber gold hue, reflecting the rich influence of the Oloroso sherry casks and the maturation process.
