INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Virgin Oak
  • 10ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 3 Dashes Lemon BItters
  • Raspberries and Mint Garnish

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour 50ml of Virgin Oak into a mixing glass.
  • STEP 2 Add 10ml of raspberry syrup and 3 dashes of lemon bitters.
  • STEP 3 Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well.
  • STEP 4 Pour over ice into a low ball glass.
  • STEP 5 Garnish with a skewer of raspberries and a sprig of mint.
