INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Virgin Oak
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Strawberry Jam
  • Cream Soda
  • Fresh Strawberries

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour the Virgin Oak whisky into a cocktail shaker.
  • STEP 2 Add the lemon juice, strawberry jam and ice, and shake well.
  • STEP 3 Pour the cocktail mix into a lowball glass filled with ice.
  • STEP 4 Top with cream soda.
  • STEP 5 Push a strawberry onto the rim of the glass to garnish.
