INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Deanston Virgin Oak
  • 10ml Demerara Syrup
  • 3 dashes Aromatic bitters
  • Orange zest
  • 1 Maraschino cherry

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Add Deanston Virgin Oak, Syrup and Bitters to a cocktail mixer.
  • STEP 2 Add ice to mixer and stir.
  • STEP 3 Add fresh ice to a rocks glass and pour in cocktail.
  • STEP 4 Garnish with Orange Zest and Maraschino cherry.
