INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Deanston Virgin Oak
  • 10ml Cranberry Syrup
  • 3 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 Orange Peel
  • 1/2 Cinnamon Stick

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Add Deanston Virgin Oak, Cranberry Syrup and Orange Bitters to Cocktail mixer.
  • STEP 2 Add ice to mixer and stir.
  • STEP 3 Add fresh ice to a rocks glass and strain in cocktail.
  • STEP 4 Slice and twist orange peel over cocktail. Add to glass.
  • STEP 5 Add cinnamon stick and torch the end.
