INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Deanston 12 Year Old
  • Cloudy Apple Soda
  • Mint Leaves

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Fill a high ball glass with ice.
  • STEP 2 Gently smack 4 - 6 mint leaves between your hands to release the aromas and add to the glass.
  • STEP 3 Pour the 12 Year Old whisky over the ice.
  • STEP 4 Top with Cloudy Apple Soda.
  • STEP 5 Garnish with a sprig of mint.
