INGREDIENTS

60ml Deanston 12 Year Old
Cloudy Apple Soda
Mint Leaves

METHOD

STEP 1 Fill a high ball glass with ice.
STEP 2 Gently smack 4 - 6 mint leaves between your hands to release the aromas and add to the glass.
STEP 3 Pour the 12 Year Old whisky over the ice.
STEP 4 Top with Cloudy Apple Soda.
STEP 5 Garnish with a sprig of mint.
