Returns and your right to withdraw

 

If you’re a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you can:

• Submit a request through your customer account.
• Email our customer support team at cvhspirits@mailmarkuk.com.

Returned products must be unopened, sealed and in their original condition, unless faulty or damaged on delivery.
