INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Orange Wine Cask Finish
  • 10ml Oloroso Sherry
  • 2 Dashes of Ginger Bitters
  • Sparkling Apple Juice
  • Sprig of Mint
  • Orange Peel

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Fill a stemmed wine glass with ice.
  • STEP 2 Pour the Orange Wine Cask Finish whisky and Oloroso Sherry over the ice.
  • STEP 3 Add the ginger bitters and mix well.
  • STEP 4 Top it off with sparkling apple juice.
  • STEP 5 Garnish with mint and a curled orange peel.
