Celtic Spring Old Fashioned Cocktail with Deanston Virgin Oak

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Virgin Oak
  • 10ml Honey Syrup
  • 4 Dashes of Lemon Bitters
  • Lemon and Thyme Garnish

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour Virgin Oak into a cocktail shaker and add honey syrup.
  • STEP 2 Next, add four dashes of lemon bitters and stir with ice before serving.
  • STEP 3 Prepare a glass with fresh ice and pour the cocktail.
  • STEP 4 Garnish with a lemon twist and a sprig of thyme.
