INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml of Virgin Oak
  • 10ml of Lavender Syrup
  • 3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
  • Citrus Zest and Orange Peel to Garnish

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Pour 50ml of Virgin Oak whisky into a mixing glass.
  • STEP 2 Add 10ml of lavender syrup and 3 dashes of orange bitters.
  • STEP 3 Stir well with ice.
  • STEP 4 Strain the mix over fresh ice.
  • STEP 5 Garnish with citrus zest and orange peel.
