INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Orange Wine Cask Finish
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Dash of Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Orange

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • STEP 2 Pour the Orange Wine Cask Finish whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and aromatic bitters into the shaker.
  • STEP 3 Separate the egg white from the yolk, and pour the white into the shaker.
  • STEP 4 Pop the lid on the shaker and shake well.
  • STEP 5 Strain the cocktail mix over a low ball glass filled with ice.
  • STEP 6 For a fancy flare, squeeze an orange peel over the glass to add a touch of orange oils.
  • STEP 7 Garnish with a orange peel twist.
