Sevilla Sour
Bright, zesty, and perfectly balanced, the Sevilla Sour combines Orange Wine Cask Finish with fresh citrus and sweetness for a bold take on a whisky classic.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Orange Wine Cask Finish
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Dash of Aromatic Bitters
- 1 Egg
- 1 Orange
METHOD
- STEP 1 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- STEP 2 Pour the Orange Wine Cask Finish whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and aromatic bitters into the shaker.
- STEP 3 Separate the egg white from the yolk, and pour the white into the shaker.
- STEP 4 Pop the lid on the shaker and shake well.
- STEP 5 Strain the cocktail mix over a low ball glass filled with ice.
- STEP 6 For a fancy flare, squeeze an orange peel over the glass to add a touch of orange oils.
- STEP 7 Garnish with a orange peel twist.
