Whisky Sours with Deanston Virgin Oak

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Deanston Virgin Oak
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 7.5ml Egg White
  • Orange slice and Maraschino cherry to garnish

METHOD

  • STEP 1 Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for approx. 20s to combine and chill really well.
  • STEP 2 Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • STEP 3 Garnish with the cherry and orange slice
